Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for books, digital products, and merchandise (such as caps, T-shirts, and similar items). This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn (for merchandise), and in its original packaging, where applicable. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon receipt. If your book, digital product access, or merchandise item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Digital Products (eBooks / Downloads)
Digital products are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. Refunds will only be considered if there is verified proof that the file was not successfully delivered or accessed.
Exchanges
For merchandise (such as caps or T-shirts), the fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original item once your return is approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that transaction processing fees (such as payment gateway or card fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, as these are charged by third-party providers and cannot be recovered once the payment is processed.
